About the event

We cordially invite you to join us for this most uniquely powerful, simultaneous 3-in-1 Restorative Yoga, Sound Bath, and Reiki experience!

The Restorative Yoga facet - facilitated by Paulette Rieger - will consist of a series of longer-held, passive (horizontal, floor-based) poses that mainly work the lower part of the body: hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine; these areas are especially rich in connective tissues.  The poses are held for 4 to 6 minutes (sometimes longer).  Bolsters, blankets, and blocks may be used for support.

...And as an infused ambience, an integrated synthesis of Sound Healing instruments will be used - by Brian Alan - to garner relaxation, peace, and well-being: to enhance One’s general awareness by harmonizing the body, mind, emotions, and spirit back to their organic, natural state of balance.  Instruments that may be used are: Quartz Crystal Singing Bowls(432Hz.); Gongs & Chinese Cymbals; Tibetan Singing Bowls & Bell; Chimes & Tuning Fork; Drums, Rattles, & Rain Stick; Crystal Pyramid; and, Vocal Toning/Chanting.

…While this is all underlyingly fostered by Reiki Master-Teacher Opal Sceptre, providing laying-on-of-hands spiritual healing/intercessory prayer, to each participating individual.

*What to bring: Yoga mat (some are available on-site); 2 blankets; a pillow; and, a bottle of water.

**The ‘Suggested Offering’ amount per participating individual is:  35 - Offerings are accepted only in the form of ‘cash’…Thank You!

***Pre-registration is necessary, as this session is limited to 15 participants; to register your firm commitment to attend (or for general inquiries), please contact Brian at 269-303-3523.
